+ Who are you, really?

Not gonna toot my own horn too hard here, but I am an openly registered clinical and sports nutritionist practicing out of New Zealand. In conjunction I had been a personal trainer and now a strength coach for a few years now. I have competed internationally for powerlifting, and have taken up a hobby in Brazilian Jiujitsu which is fun. So you can say I practice what I preach.

+Who is this for?

Anyone who is coachable first and foremost, and someone who is wanting to improve their nutrition and performance and take it to the next level. 

+ I have tried similar things in the past and it did not work. How is this differnet?

I will be honest, most programs look similar even at the top level. The main difference here is that most coaches write a program without talking to their client, they think they know best (which can be true). I take a more collaborative approach, as I believe the best training program isn't just one you can stick with, but its one you enjoy doing. 

+ I am an athelete but I have a clinical condition (IE: Celiac) will this work for me?

Yes, I actually love working with high performing individuals who have clinical conditions. I truly believe that in both the clinical and sports nutrition world there seems to be a divide on what nutrition strategies are best (an example low carb VS high carb). However I beg to differ, and that everyone should be treated as an individual, and not just being put into specific categories to 'fit the mould'.
