The time spent google searching, the time scrolling through reddit threads, the minutes spent on IG stories when a nutrition coach post their weekly IG AMA so you scroll through the IG stories hoping you find an answer to your problems.

You could make coffee at home by yourself, or you could trust a coffee barista to make it for you. Saving you time, doing a better job filtering the grit out of the coffee, and producing a higher quality product.
Similarly, my job is to filter out the noise from the nutrition and fitness industry and provide you with a nutrition and training plan that actually works.
And yes, I know you could do that on your own. But the the truth of the matter is that by the time you spend 100 minutes a week on trying to filter and build out your perfect weekly plan you would not even want to use the plan because you are already exhausted doing that.
As a result, you end up saving time.
Time that you can spend eating the good food, extra time for recovery, and better yet make time to get to the gym to get a training session in. In my coaching program I focus on three main key areas that allow me to craft out the perfect plan for you and support you along the way.
You will not just receive a standard plan you could get from your run-of-the mill PT and nutritionist. My goals are that you get something built for you, but also to support you along the process.
Begone with the days where a specific nutrition strategy or training style was the best. I take the most recent data based on what science says, and apply it practically to your situation.
Coming up with an individualised plan based on your bloodwork, fitness ambitions, lifestyle, and long term goals.
Unfortunately I have not spent much time crafting a name for it, and truth be told I am very bad at names. Fortunately, I am very good at coaching, finding the right nutrition and training strategies for each individual, and presenting it in a way that is not overwhelming.
Once onboarded, you and I will spend 60-90 minutes together on our first call to come up with a nutrition and training plan customised to your goals and outcomes. For you (and only you).
You get to talk to me daily (woohoo!) via my app. Whether you are a text person, or a voice message person, I am always there to respond within 24 hours.
A weekly comprehensive YouTube video of how your week has been, with form adjustments, tweaks to your nutrition plan, suggestions and mindset tactics you can implement for the upcoming week.
Having your entire nutrition and training plan all in one place for ease of use. From your day to day training programs, to tracking your protein intake, staying accountable with your habits, direct messaging with me, and so much more, all in one place.
A community of like-minded individuals that you can not just share your wins with, but also have some good banter along the way. I will admit inside the community everyone bashes me because I make them eat their vegetables.
Monthly coaching calls to ensure we are on the right track when it comes to then plan. It also gives us an opportunity to chat and talk about the next phase.
